Both a stylist and designer, Catherine Memmi has assembled a lineup of simple and elegant products that expresses the very essence of the world of New Minimalism.

Born on the Rive Gauche of Paris, Catherine Memmi has always lived in the Saint Germain des Prés district. She grew up in a family of artists who were originally from the Western part of France and was strongly influenced by the characteristic yet neutral colors that were distinctive of the region: a palette of white, beige, brown, black and grey.
After working as an art director in international communication agencies, Catherine Memmi opened LA MAISON DOUCE in 1988, an exclusive store featuring the concept of “Natural Chic”.
In September 1993, she started designing her original furniture, home textile and interior accessories collections, launched the CATHERINE MEMMI PARIS brand and exhibited her first creations at a trade fair in Paris. At the same time, the first CATHERINE MEMMI store opened on rue Saint Sulpice in Saint Germain des Prés. The space embodied her new lifestyle concept, based on “neo minimalism” and contemporary luxury.
Catherine Memmi pursued her international development in a deliberately exclusive and selective way. She currently works on interior design for private residences as well as larger projects such as international hospitality facilities. Often copied, the brand maintained all its strength, and will soon present a palette of recognizable and very personalized creations.
